To secure your date we require a 25% non refundable deposit. The remainder will be due 2 weeks before the date of your event. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer.
We happily serve from the Sea to Sky to the Okanagan. Travel fees may apply for anything outside of 100km from Langley, BC.
Private events on private property do not require any kind of permit. All other events will usually require a SEP (Special Events Permit) in order to serve or sell alcohol. Special events permits are very easy and affordable to obtain.
With an SEP, the venue or event host can purchase alcohol for Our House Bar & Events to serve and/or sell on their behalf at the event. The SEP holder might also be required to obtain their serving it right which is a very quick and easy process.

We do not supply alcohol due to licensing regulations and current liquor laws in BC. Alcohol must be purchased by the event host or the venue. With a special events permit (SEP) the event host can purchase alcohol for Our House Bar & Events to serve at the event.
We are also are happy to provide assistance to help you come up with a detailed shopping list so you know exactly what to purchase.
Yes, all of our bartenders are certified with their up to date Serving it Right, experienced, and trained to provide a high-end guest experience.

Yes, we will have general liability insurance and host liquor liability insurance for all events we work. We can provide documentation for your events if requested.
We like to have 1.5 hours to set up for all events to ensure we are ready to go for when you need us.
If you have chosen to rent “The House Trailer” for your event we will need access to power to have a full service experience. “The House Trailer” can also work without power, we will just use coolers instead of our fridge to cool all canned and bottled beverages.
We will also need a level surface and access to fit our 8’x6’ trailer.
Our packages and pricing is designed to be 100% customizable. If you do not like something in one package or want to blend a couple of packages we are always happy to work with you to create your ideal bar experience for your event.
Gratuity will not be included in the final price for your event though is always very much appreciated by our hard working bartenders.
We will have tip jars out on the day of your event unless otherwise discussed.
